I was drawn to both sky and wolf in this 500 piece puzzle. As I don't consider myself a real "puzzle doer", I was challenged by this beautifully illustrated piece- the sky especially! I was however, totally satisfied once I finished and didn't want to break it apart. Not only was it a artful illustration, but the whole box with accompanying postcard and bag for the pieces were thoughtfully included and designed. I will be ordering another!
This puzzle is stunning! It’s such a treat doing a piece that is so fun to look at. The sky was challenging but not impossible. I’ll definitely be doing this one once a year.
I liked the challenge -- and it was challenging -- but even before I opened the box, I *noticed* the box -- great quality and presentation -- really liked the finish on the box and the pieces -- almost rubbery. Plus, the graphic was neat.
Maja is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Croatia. After she graduated, she worked for more than 10 years as a graphic designer, after which she decided to take the leap and pursue her love for illustration in 2016. Her artistic style is feminine and colourful. She draws inspiration from her travels and from the beautiful, strong women around her. You’ll recognise her work by its signature bright colours and playful, hand-drawn style.
Drawing houses and imagining life behind the windows is something I have always loved. There’s a natural curiosity about who lives inside and what they are doing – a little peek into their world.
