Ordinary Habit ships via major carriers. Our fulfillment partner selects the best option for your order based on destination and delivery speed.
*We cannot guarantee shipping speeds and arrival of your orders.
WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES + Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories:
- Ground shipping: Charged at standard carrier rates
- Expedited orders: Two-day shipping (not inclusive of processing times at warehouse) at standard carrier rates
- P.O. boxes and most military addresses: Ground shipping only

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Ordinary Habit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred before placing your order. We do not collect these beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of cost, because it varies widely from country to country.
PROCESSING TIMES
Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt, unless otherwise specified. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to hello@ordinaryhabit.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ordinary Habit cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping provider for missing or stolen packages.
If you opted to add Route Package Protect to your order, claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
BULK ORDERS
For bulk orders additional shipping fees may apply and will be billed separately before shipment is released.
