Our puzzles are designed in the USA and manufactured in Poland by a team of skilled craftsmen with decades of experience.
We’re always looking for artists who make us think, and whose work would be particularly interesting for puzzling. Before anything is chosen, we have a dialogue with the artists which gives us a sense of the background of each piece that ends up on our products.
Not a chance. We’ve done them from the inside out and the outside in.
Our puzzles are for anyone over the age of 4 and up to 110. If you’re older than 110 and want to do one of our puzzles, we want to hear from you! Please note that children under the age of 3 should not play with our products, as they present a choking hazard.

We can usually help! In most cases, we're able to send a replacement piece. In the rare case that we can't, and the missing piece is clearly due to a manufacturer defect, we'll replace the whole puzzle if it's still in stock.
Before reaching out, we recommend a thorough search — pieces are surprisingly good at hiding in carpets and corners! Our policy covers newly purchased puzzles only and does not apply to second-hand puzzles or missing pieces due to household accidents.
To request a replacement, email hello@ordinaryhabit.com with a photo of your completed puzzle showing the edges, a close-up of the missing piece area, and your proof of purchase. We'll get back to you within one business day.

No — and that's intentional. Every puzzle in our collection is made from original artwork by a real, living artist. We license their work, tell their story on our website and social channels, and believe that connection between you, the art, and the artist is part of what makes puzzling feel meaningful.
AI has its place in the world, but not in the artwork we choose. That's been true since day one, and we're formalizing it as an official policy because we think it's worth saying out loud.
Orders
All major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Please follow the link to view your order once you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically available within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping + Returns

Depends on where you are! We ship within 2 days and depending on the service you chose at checkout the package will be to you as soon as possible.
The shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, just email your order number and a photo to hello@ordinaryhabit.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll be happy to replace your order or issue a credit.
Currently we ship to USA and Canada and select international destinations. If you don't see your country listed in the checkout, just shoot us an email and we'll get you a custom quote for shipping to your destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES: Ordinary Habit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred, before placing your order. We do not collect these beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of cost, because it varies widely from country to country.
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
