Missing Piece?

We understand how frustrating a missing puzzle piece can be! The good news is we can often help. đÂ
In most cases, we're able to provide replacement pieces.* In the rare case that we canât, and the missing piece is due to manufacturer defect, weâll replace your puzzle if we still have it in stock.Â
Let's face itâpuzzle pieces are masters of camouflage! They blend into carpets, hide in plain sight, and sometimes hitch rides to other rooms. Before reaching out, we suggest a comprehensive search of your living space. Most pieces are just playing an extended game of hide-and-seek!
Our replacement policy covers newly purchased puzzles only. Unfortunately, we cannot replace pieces for second-hand puzzles or those missing pieces due to household accidents. Since we are a small business, we really appreciate your honesty.
To request a replacement:
Complete the puzzle as fully as possible.
Email hello@ordinaryhabit.com with:
- Â Photo of the entire completed puzzle showing edges
- Â Close up photo of missing piece area
- Â Proof of purchase (order number and/or receipt)
- Â Your mailing address (we will mail by USPS snail mail).
We typically respond within one business day. If you don't hear from us, please check your spam and promotion folders.
*Please note that each puzzle is unique, so the replacement piece or puzzle may have slight variations in image orientation.
